Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email and text message from Dealelectro.com. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account > Order history, if you have placed the order through your log in id.

Once shipped, customer receives an SMS and E-mail on registered contact number and e-mail id containing courier company name and tracking number.
Or maybe you can simply go to the “Order Tracking Form” option available on our website.

This usually happens when you place an order as a Guest without creating an account on our website. If you first create an account and then place the order, it will reflect under your account.

Delivery time may vary depending upon the availability or depending upon the size of the order the same is mentioned in the Additional Information section of each Product, please refer to it before placing the order.  After completion of delivery period, it usually takes  8-9 days to ship an order. Once shipped, a product should be delivered to you within 7 days.

Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel an order using any of the below mentioned methods:

  • By writing to us at dealelectro333@gmail.com

Order can be cancelled within 3-4 days. Once manufacturing is started against make to order products, order cancellation is not possible

Of course, a product can be returned but only under the following circumstances:

  • Product is physically damaged/defective
  • Varies from the description on the website
  • Wrong item delivered

Once cancelled, full amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.

  • 1. Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 2 business days
  • 2. If you have made the payment by NEFT and Cheque you need to share the below mentioned details at care@industrybuying.com from your registered e-mail id.
  • Account number
  • Account Holder name
  • IFSC Code
  • Upon receiving the information, your refund will be processed in 2 business days and same will reflect in your account in another 2 business days.

It takes 10-15 working days for the money to be credited to your account.

Payment

  • We accept the following modes of payment:
  • Debit/Credit Cards/Net banking of all major banks
  • Cash On Delivery (COD)
  • NEFT/RTGS

No need to worry! You can contact us to check if you’ve paid for the order. If you did successfully pay, the order will be placed for you by our team.

COD is available in all Pin Codes. Please enter your Pin Code on the product page to see if your Pin Code is covered. COD orders are available for high value orders currently.

Warranty

All products bought on dealelectro come with manufacturer warranty. You can check with the manuals provided with the product or the manufacturer’s website for information about a service centre close to you.
